Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day after they’re placed, pending order confirmation and stock availability. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak times (such as promotions or holidays), please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
AUSTRALIA:
- Standard Shipping: Shipping calculated as per Australia Post rates.
- Express Shipping: Shipping calculated as per Australia Post rates.
- Free Shipping: Free on orders over $100 AUD.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and are fully trackable. For the most reliable delivery, we recommend using an address where someone is available between 9 AM and 5 PM. If no one is home, your parcel may be taken to your local post office for collection.
Please note: Delivery times may be longer to rural, regional, or remote areas including WA, TAS, and NT. Australia Post may limit delivery options or signature services in certain locations.
NEW ZEALAND:
- Standard International Shipping: Shipping calculated as per Australia Post rates.
