Refund policy
We hope you love your matcha as much as we do. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) must be provided
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return request has been received, we’ll provide the return address.
To start a return, email us at hello@mikami.com.au. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on matcha powder or any edible products, unless they are damaged or defective.
We also do not accept returns on:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at hello@mikami.com.au with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@mikami.com.au.
